Our offices in Burlington, NC and Graham, NC put us at the center of the communities we serve, and that proximity has always shaped the way we do business. Who We Are and What We Cover
Our agency is led by Brent Hardy, Agency Owner and Principal Agent and Brian Vaughn, Associate Agent. Supported by Tamara Swift as Agency Manager, Cynthia Terveen as Office Manager, Kim Jaggers as Customer Service Representative, and additional licensed staff. Together we cover a full range of personal and commercial lines, including auto, home, life, business and commercial insurance, motorcycle, boat and watercraft, farm, personal umbrella, renters, contractors, commercial auto, general liability, and workers compensation. We serve individuals, families, and small to mid-size businesses throughout Burlington, NC and Graham, NC, and across Alamance County, NC. Many of our clients begin with auto or home coverage and build a broader protection plan with us as their needs grow.
